Travel services
Travel reservations and planning services are not physical retail merchandise, so a traditional product-return process generally does not apply.
Changes and cancellations
Tickets, hotel stays and other travel services may have different cancellation, exchange, credit or refund rules. The applicable provider and fare terms determine what is available. Please review the Refund & Cancellation Policy and your booking conditions.
